There aren't enough positive words to describe the help that Wayne have given my family. Not only was he prompt and professional, he was simply someone that I want to keep as my plumber for life. I had a situation where Verizon was the cause of damage to my sewer and he helped me in every way to make the claim that I was hesitant to make. I was not able to get the damages paid by Verizon for due to ridiculous statue of limitation clause but he was supportive through the entire cumbersome process. When the claim was settled he came out soon after to finish the job at a very affordable cost for the work. I would not hesitate to call him in the future for any future plumbing needs.
